A brief history on what brought ScreamingX to reality...
We, like many who have purchased a DSL or Cable internet connection were excited about the opportunity to view adult videos at real-time speeds on the net. Unfortunately, as many other consumers had found, most adult sites do not stream video at broadband speeds. Most still stream the video at 56k or less, so even if you have a faster connection, you are still limited to the adult-site's speed. We had signed up to about a dozen adult sites and felt like we had been ripped off. So, as a service to ourselves and all of the other frustrated broadband users out there, we decided to sign up to literally hundreds of adult sites and measure the speed of each and every streaming video on thier sites. We compiled a list of the sites that really do offer broadband content, and alot of it. That list has become this site. Now thousands of surfers save time, frustration, and money by visiting ScreamingX before signing up to any adult site that claims to have fast streaming video.
